Professional Background
Steve originally joined the firm in 1992. Subsequently, he left the firm for three years to serve as Assistant General Counsel, Patents and Technology, at Unisys Corporation. Steve's ability to give sound advice to clients is also enhanced by his litigation experience. He was part of a team of Woodcock Washburn lawyers who, following a seven-day jury trial in a patent infringement case, won a $22.3 million award for Elster Electricity, a leading provider of electricity metering solutions, based in Raleigh, North Carolina.
